PROVINCETOWN — Around dawn on Tuesday the 40-foot trawler Northern Approach capsized at MacMillan Pier in Provincetown. Within hours plans were underway to raise it some time today.
The boat is owned by Alan Baker of Damariscotta, Maine. The Coast Guard has been on site and a diver has gone down to put lines on the boat. A crane from Winkler Crane has been brought to the pier and will attempt to right the fiberglass boat.
