Deadline for art show drop-off

All works to be considered for the Schoolhouse Gallery Spring Arts Competition must be dropped off between noon and 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, May 10-12, at the gallery at 494 Commercial St.
The competition is juried by Larry Collins and Pia Schacter. Eligible works include photography or artwork derived from photography. Each entry has a fee of $45 and there is a $500 prize for best in show.
Collins and Schacter will set the criteria for finalists and those finalists will be exhibited at the gallery. All works included will be offered for sale during the exhibition. Any works not sold must be picked up before the completion of the show.

The exhibit will open from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, May 16 and run through June 11.
