In Truro: neighbors near the planned affordable housing in North Truro have once again filed a complaint to halt the development; selectmen look at eminent domain taking of two private roads to provide access to another affordable housing potential project; town committee seeks proposals for use of the CPA funds which will amount to several hundred thousand dollars over the next few years.
In Wellfleet: the upcoming Town Meeting will look at the new fire station proposal that hinges on the purchase of Gutsy Bender’s; the town looks at potential wind technology and identifies sites to begin testing.
In Eastham: the idea of a municipal water system gains ground and the consideration becomes more serious; Nauset football drops opener to Plymouth South.
