This weekend is the 19th annual Swim for Life and Paddler Flotilla. The event sends hundreds of swimmers into the water out at Long Point to swim across the harbor and land on the beach behind the Boatslip. Swimmers, through pledges, raise money for various local nonprofits including the Cape Cod AIDS Support Group and Helping Our Women. See this week’s Banner for the full story.
