Is the Provincetown Jazz Festival by any other name the Provincetown Jazz Festival? For now, in the midst of a dispute over who owns the rights to the event, the visitor services board has agreed to simply call it the “jazz festival” and hold open the August dates the festival is scheduled to run in the hopes it will still go on.
