One bid raises the odds on community center

TRURO — Hopes were cautiously high at the opening of the bids for building the proposed community center on Tuesday in Truro Town Hall, and the outcome appears to be a good one. “We have the funding to complete the project with this bid,” said Town Administrator Pam Nolan.
