Kenneth L. Lemon, 64

Former owner of Crown & Anchor

Kenneth L. Lemon, 64, of Orlando, Fla., died April 29.

Mr. Lemon was born in Hillsboro, Ohio, on June 8, 1940. He attended school in Detroit, Mich., and worked in his family business in Hillsboro until he purchased property in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Mr. Lemon vacationed in Provincetown for many years and eventually moved here. He enjoyed living here and had many friends. He purchased the Crown & Anchor resort complex on Commercial Street some 15 years ago, eventually selling the property about three years ago. He then retired to Orlando.

Mr. Lemon is survived by his long-time friend and companion, Thomas Simmons; his sister, Diana L. Haas of Lafayette, Calif.; and his nephew, William Hass of Fairfield, Iowa.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favorite charity.
