He was employed at Pepe’s Wharf restaurant, where he welcomed guests. He wintered recently in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. He loved to read and was noted for his charm and wit. Before moving to Provincetown, he worked at the Betty Ford Clinic and received commendations from Betty Ford for his excellent work. George E.
