Jason M. Guilbault, 33
Artist opened first tattoo shop in Provincetown
Born in Springfield, he graduated from Central High School in 1991 and later attended Holyoke Community College. He was a very talented artist who became a well-known tattooist, with a distinguished style of his own. He opened the first tattoo shop in Provincetown, called the Hole Image. He had a smile for everyone. He left his mark on so many and touched the hearts of everyone he came into contact with as he traveled the country doing and enjoying what he loved.
Mr. Guilbault also cherished his time at the family camp in Vermont. He leaves behind his wife, Lee, of California; his loving mother, Heidi (Franck) Guilbault, his loving father, Paul Guilbault, and his beloved sister Kimberly Guilbault, all of Chicopee; his friend Alyssa and his best friend Eric Huffman, of New York City; his grandmothers, Erna Franck and Ruth Guilbault, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
Arrangements are by Ludlow Funeral Home, 432 East St., Ludlow; burial was at Evergreen Cemetery in South Hadley. Flowers are welcomed, or donations in his memory may be made to the charity of one’s choice. Online at ludlowfuneralhome.com.
