The Cape Cod High School All-Star Basketball Game took place at Barnstable High School on Sunday afternoon, and it was the Lower Cape boys and girls who emerged victorious this year. The Lower Cape boys won 127-89, and the girls defeated the upper Cape in a much closer game, 90-84.

Three girls from Nauset participated — senior guard Katie Covell, junior Maddie Walters and sophomore Sara Roderick. On the boys’ side, Provincetown senior Cody Silva and junior Zach Tobias represented the Fishermen. They were joined by senior guard Mike Quill and Nate Norgeot from Nauset. Nauset senior Brett Conrad was named to the team but did not play.
Another Provincetown native, Dominic Richmond, a senior at Cape Tech, was named the MVP for the Lower Cape squad. Richmond ended his high school career with over 1,500 points, becoming the school’s all-time leading scorer.
